Cromlix - Secluded Victorian Perthshire Estate

Location:

Kinbuck United Kingdom West Europe
CastleLuxury

This elegant Scottish estate was recently acquired by tennis star Andy Murray who grew up in nearby Dunblane in an effort to recreate the golden age of grand country living. This secluded destination is situated on 34 acres of woodlands and gardens, complete with a private loch. Guests are offered a rare view of the opulent lifestyle of the Lairds of Cromlix, with the addition of modern conveniences and impeccable service.

Building on the rich history of this Victorian Perthshire estate, the entire property was refurbished in 2014 and converted into a five-star boutique hotel with 15 magnificent suites and guestrooms. To emphasize its heritage, the entire estate has been furnished with carefully selected antique Scottish pieces. Each room is decorated with classic elegance in mind and flooded with natural light, offering views of the manicured grounds or the beautiful countryside.

Be sure to experience the culinary expertise of the celebrated French chef Albert Roux, with either a front-row seat in the conservatory or choose a more intimate location on-site for a private meal. There are also many on-site activities, including tennis courts, fishing in the private loch, archery, falconry displays, garden games, and even in-room spa treatments. There are also numerous world-class golf courses only a short distance from the Cromlix.

A stay at Cromlix allows you to step into the past and enjoy the decadent country life of Scottish nobility.
