Frutt Family Lodge - 3-Generation Hotel On The Banks Of Melchsee, Switzerland

Location:

Frutt Switzerland West Europe
MountainSpa

Frutt Family Lodge is not your usual family hotel - they call themselves a 3-generation hotel because they cater to kids’, parents’, and grandparents’ needs simultaneously. From the design of rooms to types of entertainment, this Swiss Alpine hotel aims to keep everyone in the family happy and satisfied (the key to a conflict-free family outing).

Filled with warm wood furniture and rustic elements, the rooms at Frutt Family Lodge are homely and extra cozy, invoking the classic ski chalet. The sitting areas with comfy armchairs make it easier to hang out together, and there’s enough space to accommodate extra beds if needed. Regardless of the standard, rooms have a lovely mountain or lake view.

There’s a huge variety of kids' activities here: indoor fun, ski school in winter, and adventure trail in summer. While kids are being looked after, parents and grandparents can enjoy the ski-to-door access (2 minutes on foot to the nearest ski lift) or explore the beautiful and serene lake Melchsee. The hotel spa is certainly not to be missed. Constructed from stone and wood, it matches the landscape views that seep in through the windows. However, even the spa is a family zone, so you might have to give up your hopes of perfect peace and quiet.
