Neo-industrial renovation meets modern furnishing and style at the heart of Lodz, Poland, in this award-winning Hotel. Located near the Atlas Arena, Central Station, and Expo Hall, The Tabaco Hotel is housed within an old Tobacco factory that has been updated to offer business functionality alongside modern Eastern European style. The hotel has 115 rooms and 150 beds that contain all the amenities one could need for a business or pleasure stay.

The 19th-century building, originally a wool mill, was retooled as a tobacco factory and eventually evolved into a tastefully adorned and highly affordable hotel experience. While the historic industrial feel of the hotel delights, guests are also treated to all the comforts and necessities one might expect from a hotel designed to dazzle. Amenities include a friendly staff, flat-screen television, free Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, private bathrooms, and a pet-friendly environment. The fitness center, business center, and conference rooms are available to suit various guest’s needs.

Cozy, bright, and inviting, The Tabaco Hotel is a pleasant surprise. Room service is offered as well as the fun and flavorful Kretschmer’s Restaurant. Let Chef Maciej Kowalski delight your taste buds or unwind and socialize in the bar/lounge that is open until midnight.

Maison Mystique - A Thai Hotel So Wes Anderson It Hurts

Maison Mystique does not announce itself. It accumulates - vine-draped archways, a hidden whisky lounge behind a door that gives nothing away, glass domes of preserved butterflies frozen mid-flutter - until the place stops feeling like a hotel and starts feeling like a house that has been quietly waiting for …

The Warehouse Hotel, Singapore - Secret Societies, Opium Dens, and Cocktails That Map the Past

In the 1890s, this building on Robertson Quay was ground zero for Singapore's red-light district, a hub for opium dens, gambling houses, and Chinese secret societies who demanded 36 sacred oaths from new recruits. The street was known in Hokkien as "Chiu Long Lo" – Spirits Shed Street – after …

Hotel Ottilia - Beer, Bricks, and a Woman Named Ottilia: Inside Copenhagen's Most Unlikely Hotel

There's a hotel in Copenhagen where the walls once held the weight of six million liters of beer. Where a curved light installation trails down from ceiling to bar like a vertebral column, and where 64 golden discs on the facade each represent the bottom of a beer bottle. Where, …

JW Marriott Savannah Plant Riverside District - A Chrome Dinosaur and Southern Charm

On Savannah's historic riverfront, where cobblestones meet the water and tourists queue for trolley tours, sits something entirely unexpected: a chrome-dipped dinosaur skeleton stretching 135 feet across a hotel lobby. The JW Marriott Savannah Plant Riverside District isn't your typical riverfront accommodation. It's part hotel, part museum, part entertainment complex, …
