InBox Capsule Hotel - Designer Capsule Hotel In St. Petersburg

Location:

Saint Petersburg Russia East Europe
CapsuleDesign

The capsule hotels, originally introduced in Japan, are finally taking off in Europe to the great satisfaction of those who value good prices and privacy. inBox Capsule Hotel in St. Petersburg skillfully combines modern interiors, comfort, and clever use of space to provide you with your own personal space for very little money.

There are three types of capsules depending on your needs and budget: a single box with a shared bathroom, a single box with a private toilet (no shower), and a double box with a private bathroom.

Regardless of the variant, all pods are equipped with a curtain to separate you from the outside world as well as power sockets, reading light, and individually controlled ventilation (basically, once you crawl in, you never have to leave again). Additionally, below each pod, there is a locker, so you don’t have to worry about safety and/or cramming your luggage in your box with you.

All rooms in the hotel have a minimalist, sleek design and are furnished with eco-friendly materials. And if that’s not enough to tempt you, they also come with free breakfast and an endless flow of free coffee and tea.

Other perks of this quirky hotel? An absolutely fantastic location! You’ll be staying just a short walk away from such tourist highlights as the Summer Garden, Church on Spilled Blood, and Mikhailovsky Theatre. And, most importantly, the best bars in the whole city can be reached on foot from the inBox Hotel. Try exploring the newly-opened Golitsyn Loft or head to the iconic Union bar to fully immerse yourself in the local party scene.

Maison Mystique - A Thai Hotel So Wes Anderson It Hurts

Maison Mystique does not announce itself. The Warehouse Hotel, Singapore - Secret Societies, Opium Dens, and Cocktails That Map the Past

In the 1890s, this building on Robertson Quay was ground zero for Singapore's red-light district, a hub for opium dens, gambling houses, and Chinese secret societies who demanded 36 sacred oaths from new recruits. The street was known in Hokkien as "Chiu Long Lo" – Spirits Shed Street – after …
