Going trekking to California’s most iconic national park, but not sure where to stay? AutoCamp Yosemite is located near the entry to the park, surrounded by the greenery of the Sierra Foothills forests. The mid-century modern Clubhouse on-site is where you can hang out after a long walk in nature and get your caffeine boost in the mornings. There is a fireplace inside and a fire pit outside where you can spend a heartwarming evening with your friends and family. The Clubhouse's second floor has a large balcony overlooking the beautiful property, and it's connected to the seasonally available, heated swimming pool.
There are five unique accommodations to choose from, each of them offering a very different experience. The vintage Airstream trailer is a classic choice. You can opt to have it tucked away at the edge of the forest for a bit of an extra payment that gets you closer to nature and gives you more privacy. The Airstreams come with a private terrace and a fire pit to enjoy the sound of the crackling fire while grilling your food. Oh, and did I mention the spa-inspired bathrooms?
The canvas tents are for nature-lovers that want to be a step closer to the sounds of the wilderness but still enjoying the comfy king-sized beds. Basecamp suite is the combination of the Airstream suite and the canvas tent in case you are coming with a larger family. Adorable pine cabins are also available with a swing chair on their porch. Last but not least the Accessible suite offers the most modern accommodation if you prefer to have something closer to a hotel room.
The natural wonders of the Yosemite National Park are just a short drive away. El Capitan, the famous vertical rock formations that Alex Honnold free-soloed, is within an hour's drive away.
