Pod Hotels New York - Pod 39 And 51

Location:

New York USA North America
Design

Looking for a neat little spot to stay in New York? Try out a pod! With two locations, the Pod Hotel is a great option for those who need a comfortable place to crash on a budget. Rooms are tiny (think: 100-120 square feet) but space-optimized with sleek decor and modern furnishings. Whether you require a single pod, full pod, queen pod, bunk pod, or studio, the Pod Hotels offer a range of rooms for solo travelers, families, and everyone in between.

Pod 39 is just a five-minute walk from Grand Central Station and a 15-minute walk to the Empire State Building; free walking tours are also available! If all that venturing makes you hungry, pop into Salvation Taco (located adjacent to the hotel lobby) and grab some grub to keep it going in the city that never sleeps. Both pods offer roof decks with picture-perfect skyline views and a beautiful space to grab a drink or two.

The New York Times referred to these pods as “luxury in a tomb-sized room.” If that description alone doesn’t pique your interest in staying, then a pod may not be the place for you.
