St. George's Caye Resort - Private Island Adventure In Belize

Location:

St. George's Caye Belize Central America
BeachIslandNature

If you’re looking for a private island experience and adventures like city tours and snorkeling, St. George’s Caye Resort may be the perfect spot for your next getaway. Located on a remote island in Belize, Central America, this resort is home to just 16 thatched cabanas, strictly for adults-only. The resort is just 7 miles from Belize City and prides itself on its exclusivity and lack of crowds and dress codes -- it’s truly a place to make what you want of it.

Less than a mile from the beautiful Belize Barrier Reef, guests can explore the marvelous undersea world with the resort’s kayaks, paddleboards, and snorkeling gear that can be used for free! The resort’s staff can also bring travelers on mainland excursions to explore Mayan ruins, visit museums, or go zip-lining in the jungle.

The only place to eat on this island happens to be at the Caye Resort -- how convenient! With farm-to-table offerings, most dishes are made with ingredients grown in the chef’s mainland village brought over by boat a few times a week. On Saturday evenings, the resort hosts a BBQ and bonfire on the beach.

There are no TVs at the Caye Resort -- but who needs them anyway?? So relax in the Island Spa instead and treat yourself to a hot stone massage. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the company of those you’re with, along with the resort’s stunning surroundings!
