Travaasa Austin - Eclectic Wellness In Americana

Oct. 9, 2012 by UNIQ Hotels

Location:

Austin USA North America
NatureSpa

This spa hotel is popular with locals and tourists alike. How about a stay in a Canyon Room? It has huge windows and balconies that overlook forests that explode and roll over the canyons and hills spraying birdsong in the clear morning.

The ethos of Travassa is wellness and vibrant health so, activity-wise, you can go for an early morning hike, do some yoga or take part in a “guided equine experience” which may sound weird but if you know horses you’ll know that it can actually be kinda profound. The afternoon is a good time to take part in a meditation class and then get involved in the state-of-the-art gym and swimming pool. Then, finally, the spa and wellness center will help you relax and learn that life is beautiful… wow I’m into this place just writing about it...

The idea of the founders was to make what they call “an experience hotel” so it’s not just about relaxation - it’s all about finding an experience that can help you in your life.
