Viceroy Los Cabos – Sci-Fi Architecture In Baja California

Location:

San José del Cabo Mexico North America
BeachDesignLuxury

This stunning Miguel Ángel Aragonés-designed resort is just minutes from San José del Cabo. The striking minimalist design highlights the white concrete and large glass surfaces.

The eight blocks of buildings are surrounded by water mirrors all the way to the edges of the concrete walls, with pathways leading to the central islands of oval pools.

This creates mesmerizing contrast between the stark linear lines of the buildings and the curviness of the bird's-nest-shaped restaurant sitting inside the water mirrors.

The rooms located in the eight buildings offer panoramic views of the ocean through floor-to-ceiling windows and a private patio or a balcony. Inside you will find high-tech customizable lighting, aromatherapy, and a personal Alexa.

There are four different restaurants on-site, but the one you will be most interested in is Nido. The unique structure blends in with the outdoor pools, and they serve cuisine inspired by Mexico and Japan there. Surrounded by such architecture, you will find yourself tasting the future!
