Palácio Estoril Hotel - Golf & Wellness For The Jet-Setters

Location:

Estoril Portugal West Europe
LuxuryMovie

It’s 1930 in Portugal’s Estoril Coast, popular with the rich and famous. A new grand hotel has just been opened. It will become home to Europe’s jet-setters for the next hundred years. Yes, even today it has a dedicated ‘Royal Wing’ for when their most aristocratic guests turn up for a discreet holiday.

The hotel also played host to James Bond when it was used as a location for ‘On Her Majesty's Secret Service’. How fitting then, that the famous Estoril Casino is nearby, perfect for silk and intrigue. And when you are done gaming you can see floorshows that would make Vegas envious. The Spa is run by the well-regarded Banyan Tree group who specializes in herbal and eastern treatments and the restaurant has everything you can expect from the Four Seasons restaurant group.

If you love the smell of the putting green in the morning, you will all-but-run down to their professional Golf courses. The local area is famous among elites and sporting heroes. It regularly hosts events to set your pulse racing; from international Tennis to Windsurfing championships.
