The Malibu Rocky Oaks branding started as a wine label in 2003, founded by Howard Leight. The 37-acre magical land on the rolling hills of Malibu became one of the most highly-rated vineyards. The happy combination of the Mediterranean microclimate and volcanic soil resulted in uniquely colored and aromatic wines.
Eventually, the owners decided to open the estate's mountaintop villa with three boutique hotel-level suites to guests with a refined taste for unique locations and wines. The beautiful building stands proudly on the top of the hill, surrounded by the Santa Monica Mountains.

The gorgeous Tuscan-style villa has a limestone facade and terracotta roof tiles.

The building is encircled by pretty terraces and a central infinity pool where you have 360-degree views of the Santa Monica Mountains.

The estate's private helipad awaits the richest to escape their urban villas with skyline views in exchange for picturesque sunsets and the finest Californian wines.

The mansion's highlight is the infinity pool that overlooks the vineyards and is lit during the evening.

The high ceiling enhances the living room's grandness with massive vertical windows decorated by beautiful white curtains.

While all rooms are equipped with TVs, the breathtaking panorama through the windows will take your attention toward the beautiful skies and the Santa Monica Mountains.

The elite vineyard estate consists of three bedrooms, each connected to a panoramic balcony.
