You can find the beautiful rural Relais of Monaci Delle Terre Nere at the foothills of the still-active Mount Etna volcano.
This boutique hotel has been certified as both bio and eco. Its organic farm spreads over 16 hectares, blessed with olive groves, citrus trees, and vineyards.
As you would have guessed, at the on-site restaurant, you will be served tasty dishes made exclusively from the grown ingredients on the farm.
Apart from the excellent food, you can enjoy the panorama from the terrace of the Mediterranean Sea.

There are seven different styles of rooms, and they come with no TV or phone.
