Chewton Glen Treehouse - Outdoor Hot Tub Overlooking The Forest

Location:

New Milton United Kingdom West Europe
LuxuryNatureTreehouse

Located in the beautiful countryside of Hampshire, England, this is not your typical treehouse. Each treehouse includes two suites in an elevated tree canopy with lovely forest views. With an outdoor hot tub, kitchenette, and marble-floored bathroom with a freestanding bath, guests will not want to leave these environmentally friendly treehouses.

Guests are surrounded by 130 acres of beautiful gardens with countless walking, hiking and biking trails to explore. The hotel is also a few minutes’ walk from the sea, where travelers can arrange sailing, kayaking, and fishing excursions. Chewton also offers all-day dining options, as well as a traditional English afternoon tea experience.

Managing director of Chewton Glen, Andrew Stembridge, said “not a tree was felled nor a tree-root disturbed” in the construction of these treehouses. “The design and project team worked in harmony to create these unique buildings which would blend into the natural habitat and create the absolute minimum footprint…” This was not a cheap endeavor; the project cost about £7 million altogether and the cost to stay (upwards of £500 a night) certainly reflects this. But if you seek a peaceful getaway and luxury experience, the price is certainly worth it.
